-Bookings can be made with a 30% (of the total amount almost, or the first night for reservation less of 3 nights) deposit either by bank transfer or by credit card (visa / mastercard).

-After the booking confirmation, you are kindly invited to send an e_mail containing your Mobile Phone Number to reach you in every circumstance and your Arrival Time.

-The remaining amount has to be paid cash at the arrival at the B&B.

-Cancellation policy:

14 days before arrival without penalty. After 14 days before arrival the deposit will be charged.

-n.b. If you want twin beds you must specify it before, if it will be possible.
